Been enjoying my first Demko. Wasnt sure what to think about the shark lock at first but have warmed up to it. Have beat it pretty hard without issue. The arius is a good cutter and almost really f*cked me up last night after one too many cocktails. Dont drink and knife.

How do you like it? With the hype dying down (and I guess the impending implosion of our economy) they are going for more reasonable prices and I’ve thought of picking one up.
The Rask is my favorite tactical folding knife (I have two of them). The Rask may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I have owned or currently own John W. Smith, Michael Raymond, Scott Cook, Craig Brown, Holt Bladeworks, Steve Skiff, Cody Eustler, CRK, etc., some of which would undoubtedly be considered grails by many, and still the Rask is my favorite. Light weight, decent steel, very tight tolerances, attention to minute details, and great ergos. That said, not all milling patterns are created equal for me--I have a dragon scale Rask and a starburst Rask. If you can, pick one up cheap and try it out. I don't think you'll be sorry, but if you are, I would expect you'd be able to recoup most of your money back.

I got an Arius and although I appreciate it for what it is I don’t LOVE it. I LOVE my AD20s and 20.5, pretty much what ends up in my pocket at least 50% of the time.

Thanks! Yeah I agree on the milling patterns, those are two of my favorites.
