Agree. A deceptively light but large tactical folder with jimping in all of the right places. Took me a long time to figure out a deep carry clip solution. I believe that this one is for a small sebenza 31 that I modified to fit. So enjoyable now!

[ I have a couple of Norsemans but they never find pocket time because of the clips. They're nice for slacks, but way too thin for work pants/jeans. Have been waiting for years for a deep carry solution that will fit over a reinforced work jeans pocket edge. If anyone knows of a Grimsmo Norseman deep carry clip, I'll pay a modest finders fee! 👍 ]

Just received, 13 or 14 years after I originally broached the subject with the maker in 2008 or 2009. I'm thrilled to have it, especially in light of the back story.

As I recall reading years ago, this was either "the" or "one of the" rarest of the "Bullet" patterns made by Remington back in the day.

I had an original R1123 which I bought secondhand years ago, but sent it as a gift along with various other vintage knives to Ken Erickson.
 
^ that blue is devine! VW's powder blue is on the short list for my '71 Westfalia restoration.
(what vehicle? i see two tails, seems boxy... new FJ? Whatever it is, a full panels off repaint in your spa is quite the spoiling 👍)
