Damn it
If not the M2, maybe the PM2! Much more pocketable, lighter, blah, blah, blah......Damn ityoko ! Stop it! I just barely fought off the devils on both shoulders telling me to buy a military 2 in cruwear.
I've got a pm2 in zwear and 15v. That's what's kept me from getting the military 2.If not the M2, maybe the PM2! Much more pocketable, lighter, blah, blah, blah......
Regardless, Spyderco's CruCarta is amazing!

I have found my comfort zone in the fairly well balanced steels below and for me personally it looks like the juice just insn't worth the squeeze with Rex121. I'm sure some folks will think it's the bees knees, but I'm kinda at my "point of diminishing returns". I may be odd man out but I don't care for extremely high hardness steels that give up lots of sharpenability for longer edge holding and a loose some toughness.Anyone pick up a spyderco native in rex121? I'm dying to hear opinions on it. Sounds like a real tedious sharpening session when the edge dwindles.

These are in my "good to go" zone for my personal uses ... Cruwear, D3V, AEB-L, Nitro-V, 14C28N, S35VN, and I'm finding Magnacut seems to be settling in this group for me too. And there are a few others that I'm not listing that could fit in this general grouping of properties that cover my needs well.
I know I'm probably getting old and boring ... oh yeah get off my lawn.

It sounds like rex121 might be too brittle, but what do I know
