What knife would you like to see next from CPK?

Would love to see the HDFK come back. I have never found a blade that I like better. It has been the standard to me. Especially in Delta 3V. I like the SDFK, but the HDFK takes the cake. It is what drew me to the Carothers Knife following. It is unbelievable. Is there any plans to put this blade back out in the future?

I think what was said is that it's a pretty expensive knife to make and so the cost would go up significantly.
My personal opinion is there wouldn't be any issues selling them at $1000 a pop because that's what we're seeing on the secondary market anyway.

I'll echo the DEK-1. Plus, I'd like to see a FK2 (UFK)-I am a fan of an under 5" blade-probably because I still use my father's WWII Seabee knife, which has a 5" blade and I have picked up a chopper.

But-the HDFK is an iconic design, IMO. I might get one just to have it.

I wonder if Magnamax will supplant Magnacut and AEB-L in the stainless steel offerings???

A Bird & Trout knife-slender, 3 3/4-4" blade, small integral guard, thumb rest with slight & smooth jimping on the Signature model. Light weight, but strongly built.

Needs to be a good, all around utility knife in camp-meal prep, breasting out birds, cleaning fish, cheese and sausage cutting, etc.. At home it could serve as both a pairing and a steak knife.
