What knife would you suggest for a girl?

Holy cow.. no wonder Ada emailed me panicking and asking how she's going to respond to all the suggestions.. LOL!!!!

William - I don't think a Military would suit her. Too big.

Maybe a knife in the 3.5" range or less should suffice.

Memnoch - MT Socoms should be a good choice.

As to the EK Commander, I sent her a picture, and she loves it, specially the Black blade.

Tom - Err... giving a hunter's choice knife to her would be a BAAAAAAAAAAD idea... lol! With all those heads turning when she's around, and she gets a fit, she might just start slashing away, and we'll be left with a pile of bodies to clean up after.. lol!
Though the Fallkniven WM looks cool, but is a fixed blade.

Kysa - Dragonfly looks cute! But I think she doesn't like the Spyderco design..

Whatever you decided to get, take all these suggestions into consideration. They are really very good suggestions, mind you.

Though it'll make your decision-making much harder than you expect. hehe...

I guess it would be nice if she starts out with folders, then upgrade to fixed blades soon. But fixed blades won't give her the flexibility to carry it daily, right?

Well, I sure hope she decides soon. With all the suggestions I see around, I can't blame her for panicking.
