Let's roast hardware also. Emerson's Phillips head screws drive me nuts, every time I disassemble a knife, I feel like I'm on the cusp of stripping out the heads on them. Why stop at blades? Let's roast washers. I like nylon the least, but im perfectly happy with phosphor bronze or other such durable alternatives
The body screws that hold in my wharncliffe delica are to me unnecessarily small, the keyset im using is either too small or too big, now I have to buy a new one, but could be possible the T size im using has just blunted wirh age, as it was my dad's he had for over 30 yearsLet's roast hardware also. As you know, I like RKH. However, why a new XM18 has to have one Torx screw, 3 Allen screws , 4 Philips, one flat head, and one custom screw is beyond me.. All in-house made, no less (not sure about the T6)![]()
