What Makes a Good, Traditional Barlow?

Does an Ulster Number 10 count/qualify as "a good traditional Barlow"?
"ULSTER
KNIFE USA"
two line tang stamp.
Difficult to read:
"Ulster
------->
Barlow"
in script on both bolsters. (mark side right-side up when sitting with back springs down on a table. pile side right-side up when using the knife.)
Sawcut Delrin covers with brass rivets. Steel bolsters and liners, steel pivot pin. 1095 blades, and I'm guessing backsprings, since they have a matching patina.

Meako had the blade engraved (defaced) before he gave it away.
He wanted to make sure the new owner wasn't going to flip it for a big profit.
Oh Yeah!! Now I remember - thanks!! That's our "Man Down Under"!!
Great gesture; reminds me of a jerk who flipped a couple of mine, just because I sold them at a fair price!!:mad:

Looks like a fine old work horse to me, I'd say it makes a good one:cool::thumbsup:

Please forgive me. I didn't go through the other 1,008 pages.
Has anyone seen or have an Ulster Number 12 Barlow? (sheepsfoot main with pen secondary; the number 11 has a spear point main with pen secondary.) I've heard the Ulster Number 12 actually exists, (I think someone said years ago it was mainly for the European market, not the USA) but I've never seen so much as a photo of one. (I have seen a sketch of it)

A little earlier than yours but I have this set of Ulsters, thanks to Charlie. The sheepsfoot and one arm are very uncommon when it comes to Ulsters.
