  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What Makes a Good, Traditional Barlow?

whats the oldest in that row Charlie?
You already have your answer on the Oldest .
The Youngest is the Bottom one made in 1998 as a Reproduction by Colonial . They were well made and heavy .
The second from the bottom has the Curved Russell Tang Stamp , it was actually made by Russell . You can tell them from the other Curved Stamp Russells by where the Left Arrow is under an " S " in RUSSELL above it . Fakes have the Left Arrow slightly to the left .
Schrade made a Russell 100 Years Commerative Barlow in 1975 . The Delrin covers on it were the exact same covers as Schrade used on their own Barlows . Both well made .

Harry

Brass patina coming along nicely on the new user. For me, Boker knocked it out of the park with the green micarta and brass Barlows.

That other fixed smalls ain't bad neither.

Both nice and slicey, with a hint of stabby. :D
