Here is my levitating ancient. This knife is definitely in the top ten of my collection. Charlie, waynorth waynorth , this Barlow might have the best walk and talk of any of my knives. Is that common to this run or did I just happen to get an exceptional one? I also believe these have some of prettiest dye color and nicest Sawcuts. ( Sorry that I polished the bolsters Charlie. My OCD made me do it. )

mine too!... my ancient's walk and talk is amazingly smooth, easy, and very satisfying. I don't collect GEC's or carbon blades, but this one is a treasure and handled everyday. I feel lucky to have it.

Holy smokes, what a lineup! 😲😁

Beautiful scratted bone Ancient, Paul.

I’m going to have to find a sheepsfoot #77 Barlow at some point. 😁

Thanks Barrett and a very nice line up of 77's
Pretty thrilled to have landed this one right here on the exchange. I've been looking for one of these for quite some time. Absolutely love it!

Happy you landed one and they are a great Barlow
It's funny, I don't like a Spey secondary blade, but I really like a Spey main blade... I guess I'm weird. 🙃
John, you're just weird in a good way ;) 😁
