waynorth - Thank you much Charlie. The one-arm was made by Cosimo De Benedetto in Italy. He is a friend of Jean-Marc and J-M was kind enough to pass it along to me. A gesture I am very grateful for. The knife is superbly made and feels heavenly in hand. RWL 34 stainless.

Thank you Charlie. I think I’ve said before, if I had to save just one, it’d be the Amber Saw Cut. Form, Function and Aesthetics perfectly combined in the one small knife in my humble opinion.
