Actually - it was the Ebony Ancient that found pocket time today, along with my new Snakewood 92. :)

...Thank you GT. Love the Belknap !:)
...
Thanks for the compliment, Primble. :) I haven't been keeping up with BF this month, but apparently congratulations are in order since you tracked down a snakewood 92!:thumbup: Primble, you remind me of the Canadian Mounties - you always get your knife! :D:D

...GT that is a mighty fine Belknap Sir!
Thanks, Ron! Speaking of mighty fine, that soupy New Day sure fits that description!!:thumbup:

Beautiful set-up and photograph, Primble.

(Thank You to Gary Graley again, for his generous bestowing of the foam-lined wooden boxes-- perfect for both safe carry and display.)

Be-rootiful job, Evan. I'm grateful to have seen this one in person.

P~ got the better of me in shenanigans and surprised me in a trade of ours with this amazing TC 2 blade in Charlie's father's gunstock walnut. What a beauty! The handwritten letter was the icing on the cake, not many people write physically to each other anymore. Thank you kindly~

Oh, you're certainly welcome. I'm glad it's with someone who will put it to good use, unskinned. :D

(No shenanigans involved. Okay, maybe partial? A Shenan? I am well-pleased with our exchange, and it was great fun surprising you with this one.)

Blonde, Brunette, and Redhead

Very nice!

Congrats on the surprise TC, Tim!! Those are a couple of splendid Barlows! Kudos to Sarah for her generosity, penwomanship, and shenaniganosity. :D:D

Y'all are too kind (and because I said, "y'all," this of course includes Primble). A worthy knife with a worthy young man, and on we go. :)

I don't have many Barlows, but I have been carrying this Belknap Blue Grass Barlow all week:

Looks great from here.

Wow-- you've done a great job of capturing the covers well. There's a lot going on on that pile side....

Now, ain't that a beaut?!

Half/Stop Ron: I'd compliment you on your fine, recently-posted knife, but would have to quote the picture for clarity, and, well, y'know. The soup bone thing. ;) Congratulations on having those who love you so, and the knife that is recent evidence thereof.

My Harlequin barlows, colloquially so-named due to their sporting very different covers on each side (and, in the case of the ebony, a dramatically changeable appearance within its mark side alone)-- together.

The mark side of the ebony can look like this, but seldom appears this "plain":

In which the ebony Ancient, behaved up to this point in the company of its nearby kin, begins to show off:

A repost of my lame, off-color (ahem) video which reveals some of the liquidity and beauty of the mark side cover in sunlit motion:

Choombak, beautiful photos of that 25 right there. Love all the detail in the pile. :)

Sarah, great looking "Harlequin" Barlows! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and those are each one of a kind or one of two kinds...you know what I mean.

I finally completed my Ancient Trifecta with the receipt of the ebony this weekend.

Sarah, you Do have such a great collection, thanks for sharing. What an oddity that ebony barlow is! I enjoy knives like these, knowing full well there is not another on the planet like it. Thank you and all the others who have been posting great barlows, especially from the rendezvous. Someday, someday...

WOWOWOW! Amazing. Where does one procure a storage box like this? Without the knives (but with the knives would be welcome!).

Sensational collection, Primble. Top left is one I'm after. Or any of the single bladed spears really. :)

+1 and looks like Charlie had a good time !:thumbup::)

Like the blades Fred ! ;):)

Dean - I think you got the best smooth Parchment bone around. I might have gotten the better Ebony. ;):D

The box was kindly gifted to me by Gary Graley at the Rendezvous. The spearpoints are elusive, but, maybe a sig line might help. ;):)
