@5J Qs -- I used Charlie's vinegar treatment, but with soaked paper towels wrapped around the blades instead of submerged. Then I hit it lightly with a scotch brite pad. Then I cut up an apple. Voila!

Great pic! I know I read back in this thread about what the N-bolstered Barlows are, but can't find it. Can you enlighten me?
