What Makes a Good, Traditional Barlow?

I really like the S&M Too. I've only bought one Queen knife and it was a Tuna Valley that didn't turn out to be so good. However I've been eyeing that exact knife you got from S&M I know you hear lots of bad storys about Queen but for every one there's usually at least one person that swears they got many great knives by Queen. I think im going to pull the trigger and give them another try. Thanks for the photos AusLoX. :D

No problem Willy! And the covers are Winterbottom Bone from S&M's Keystone series. I believe series #69 or might be different based on blade shape. They have a clip blade that I've seen as well

Absolutely, it deserved special distinction! The #77 is probably my favorite knife to carry, however the #14 has replaced it as my go to since it arrived.
Fantastic Circle of Awesome!

I see your 77 Barlow is a bit of a nonconformist. ;):D

A new barlow popped in to say hi today by way of Luger~

I've had a couple birthday TC's now (Birthday TC's in the fact that they are the anniversary or PPP TC's by Charlie / that the first Antique Amber LPS was made on or around my birthday on 12/12/92.) But they just never seemed able to stick around for some reason. This one will certainly be the outlier of few that have visited me.

The grain is simply hypnotic as a friend put it.

Compared to all my other GEC's, this Ancient has the best walk, talk, & is flush in all three positions. Overall just a great knife with the great blade shape (not sure the name of it).

Nice photos, AusLoX, Ryouchijtx and ScottG.

Paul matey - Love the Ancient, and the Time Keeper piece - I must take photos when time allows for the one you kindly gifted me - just Wow all right with that history!

And here we are on the eve of Page 700 , Charlie- you should be proud Sir!

As I have been remiss in contributing to this Great Thread
