Those are beauties in all regards, Charlie, but I especially love the way the handles are shouldered (not sure whatcha callit) above the bolsters. :thumbsup::cool:
I am not sure what the correct term would be. The "shoulders" were the result of finishing the bolsters horizontally on the older knives, vs. the vertical or longitudinal way that evolved later.
