What Makes a Good, Traditional Barlow?

The new ancients look to be shaping up to be just as beautiful as the first rendition, which is one of my favorites. waynorth waynorth I always thought the blade marking was stamped on these, was this an etch also or is GEC doing it a bit different on the new ones.

Charlie mentioned earlier that those were stamped, but they had an issue with the blades warping.

My anticipation level is high, but my chances of finding one of the new Ancient Spear blade TC’s are low. I’ll be at the beach next week and don’t plan on checking in online very often. I hope all the new owners get as much enjoyment out of their new TC’s as I have from this one.

Thanks for posting the GEC mag, Dylan! That's the first I have seen of the etch!
Looks good to me!
Someone mentioned Muscadine Wine in this thread, and I thought it a good name for the color of the handles!!
Muscadine grapes are native to North America, and most wine grapes in America have Muscadine root stock, I have been told.
GEC shipped some out today - they are about half-done with the final touches on the run!!
Can't wait to get my hands on those olde things!!
:D
