John, I'd easily pay you a current Ancient price for that beauty but some how I feel even an Ancients price on the secondary market wouldn't sway you:eek::D

Thanks Paul, you are right, that one would be hard to pry from my grubby little paws. Always amazed me that a knife could last 140 years in that condition without being messed with.
 
My Ancient was so close... USPS had it just across the river in Portland... then shipped it to Columbus Ohio??? I feel like I am being tested here lol

Hang in there, Drew! Your joy will be doubled when you finally get it.

(I had a knife I shipped go to the other side of the country before it finally went to New England. USPS gets it right 99% of the time, but that other 1% is a head scratch.)
