What other knives do you like?

I thought about listing what I like . . . but being a knife knut,that would take much too much space, so its easier to list what I don't like. I don't like cheap Chinese knives, especially those using an old trusted American brand name to sell their stuff. I'm not really into fancy decorative knives, but can appreciate the skills needed to make them.
