It's a single screw that goes through the ring hole. I just got a couple of them this weekend, so I can't say more but it seems pretty solid so far.

You can find the clips on etsy and the seller has an online store. The seller had a kickstarter and indiegogo for the clips (possibly you can still get the discounted price). You can google and find them. If you have trouble finding the seller, DM me.
