I have a 2 layer he threw together for me probably 10 years ago. His work was seriously in demand back then, I can’t imagine what the wait would be nowadays lol
 
I’ve been home with a bad back the last couple weeks. To give myself something to do, I broke out my old cross Pioneer, as well as a few other SAKs, and sharpened them up. Of course, the SwissTank was in my pocket.

I also had time to make up this little canvas micarta worry stone for myself. Saw some super nice and very expensive ones on the Internet, but wanted to craft my own. It’s going to be my talisman from now on, to bring me good luck as I go forward with healing my back problems.

I’ve been cutting paracord with the SwissChamp this afternoon, making new fobs for some of my alox knives.

I went super simple with the FX fob. Gutted pine green cord. Kind of an overhand knot through the split ring, with the paracord melted and mushroomed on the end, to prevent it from coming loose. Then I stripped all the hardware from the Photon light, and hung it directly.

I Ike the look. Very minimalist and uncluttered, just like the alox models themselves.
