We were out and about today. I was a little shocked. They are putting a bypass in up around from us. I had only seen it at night expecting just a path cut through the bush, no bare earth policy. 2 months ago it was bush either side. The bush still leading up to it.

To the sourh side hill is bare, you can see the heavy machinery at the top.

The North side is the hospital you literally couldn't see it for the trees. On the left of the picture is the bush that backs on to my suburb. The govt has posted signs on trees the trails will be lost. I'm no greenie far from it. Like you lot, I like the bush & was sad how much they have taken.
Oh yeah Kristy was driving.
