I have a walnut Huntsman that I'm considering trying my hand at jigging. If I do, I hope it comes out as nice as yours. Did you do both scales?Thank you. Yes I did.

Cool Evo!One of today's carries...
Near Mint - Factory Grind - Victorinox 85mm Evolution 10 Walnut from the Delémont collection just arrived on Tuesday of this week. I'm healing from hernia surgery, but as soon as the doc releases me to make it down the steps to my workshop, this knife will receive a light application of Mineral Oil.
I really like the look and feel of walnut scales on a SAK.

How did you apply the color? I really like the look.Cool Evo!
I only stippled the front, leaving the backside original.
Best wishes for your procedure today. Feel better fast.

I hope you get better soon mate, all the best.Tinker - by Victorinox 1992-2005
I've had this one four or five years now, and am just now getting around to spiffing it up some. Unused, with factory grind on both blades, this one seemed to have rolled around in a desk drawer for a number of years before I got it with five other SAKs in a group. There were two Tinkers in the group, and I chose the best of the two to clean up and gift to a friend a few years ago. I kept this one for myself, and it is now nearly ready for the shelf or knife roll. I'm not big on Phillips screwdrivers on a knife. I'm more of a corkscrew guy, so this one may be destined to shelf-queen status.
I had surgery a week ago and put this one in my pocket beforehand, knowing I'd not be able to navigate the steps down to my workshop for a spell. Hand polishing this knife has been good mental therapy during my down time though. I've spent a lot of hours sitting at my laptop with a cup of coffee at my side and this SAK in front of me in the past week, just polishing scales and surfing the web. Five more weeks until full-power...
Keep those great shots and stories coming guys.
