What SAK/Multitool do you have on the way?

Its funny. I am from Denmark and i dont want the danish ones. ( bantams, cadets etc.)I want what i cant have. Like color farmers, pioneers. We have the models but only in silver alox. Finally found the black Farmer from Italy. ;) whats up with that? (Wanting the rare and the ones you cant have)
 
I just ordered two of the plain edge (aka non-boy scout models) of the Adventurer. I was told that Vic was discontinuing this model so I ordered two on line. This one is my favorite EDC that I depend on every day. I see it is still listed at the Victorinox site. So, don't know if they are discontinuing it or not. But with two new ones, I should be good for years.

I received a similar knife in the mail this week. Own bigger and smaller 111mm knives but this was my first like this. Liking the simplicity of these more spartan models. Will be on the lookout for an Adventurer!

It is Vic Nomad...

You are right. But why dont i want to collect stuff i could just pick up.

When the danish colors are sold out. I proberly end up bying them off ebay from a japanese guy for 3 times the price of today.

The Nomad is just like the Adventurer without the side lock. The Nomad is a liner lock as I recall. The Vic site shows the Nomad on closeout. Don't know what that means, but there it is.
 
Just got my Wenger Evolution S17. Very happy with it, although the first thing I managed to use it for was to cut myself, LOL. I guess that's a proper baptism for a new knife.

I hate to quote myself, but I received the two Adventurers. Got to digging around and found two more (unused) I already owned. I think that's kinda funny. They will eventually get put into use.

I usually order saks as an after thought when ordering other knives, hence I don't really remember even buying them as they were not the dominant purchase (but are dominant users for me).

Don't feel bad, I find SAKs that I ordered 3-4 years regularly and most I don't even remember buying. Back then, I was buying lots of TSA stuff in quantity and it got put into boxes/bags and was forgotten..
 
I got a black pioneer a couple of days ago and have been as impressed as I was with the cadet and farmer I've bought in the past month. My only problem so far has been that I've been leaving my beloved delica in the car due to pocket space while at work.
 
My custom from Syph007 came in today!!!



I'm very excited and can't wait to put it to use :D
 
Manager with the BSA logo. As a Boy Scout and later Scoutmaster, I never had a pocketknife with the BSA insignia on it. It's time. :)
 
Hi all I am new and joined for this thread. I recently got the alox pox and much like blade bug Saks have kicked out my spydies. Just ordered this beauty today and can't wait for it to get here.

Got a alox farmer headed my way. First alox too.
Been dropping not so subtle hints as to wanting a leatherman wave to the girlfriend. Hopefully that pays off 😉
