What Spydie do you have on the way???

The last Spyderco I owned was an orange sprint Manix 2. I liked the knife, and brought it on two deployments, but it was eventually kicked out of my pocket by a small sebenza insingo. I just didn't care for the blade-to-handle ratio so much. Two years later, I've been bit by the Spyderco bug, and after vewing every review on google, decided to pick up the CF Chaparral. I wanted something small, deep pocket carry, NYC legal, at around $100, and I'm really looking forward to showing this one some pocket time.

Just ordered a Dragonfly 2 FRN. It might not be much but I haven't bought much for myself in a long time. I feel like a kid waiting on Christmas!!!

I just got in a ZDP189 Delica and quickly found out she is a biter. :eek: Quality is typical Spyderco and ,as I found out, razor sharp; looks like I just need to show her a little more respect!
 
Savage Smurf - you're going to love the Chaparral! It's thin, lightweight, slices like a laser, is extremely attractive, smooth, and is just a great knife all around.

rg02 - The Techno is a great little knife, I really enjoyed it but ended up letting it go because I found something I couldn't pass up. It feels good in the hand, rides nice in the pocket, is solid, tough as nails, and a great slicer as well.

I have a Damascus/CF Caly 3 on the way from a trade(this is what the Techno went for).
 
British Racing Green Endura 4 ZDP-189.
I just got my Delica a couple days ago. I think they're both hollow ground, but someday, I'll get both in a FFG because it looks awesome!

Im looking for a para 2 at the moment. Specifically a brown s35vn, blue m390, a grey CTS-20CP, or an Orange CTS-XHP under 200$

It will be my first Spyderco!

thanks! in the last month i saw two new orange ones that went for $160 and $190 shipped - you have to be really lucky though and post! don't even read the description, just scroll for pics and post you'll take it...otherwise someone will beat you to it.

mine i happen to be still awake at 3 am last week after helping my buddy rebuild his home from flood damage and decided to check ebay just before i went to sleep - good karma does exist :D

Keep looking and look often as it's all about looking in the right place at the right time. I picked up a LNIB Brown S35VN on the bay for less than a hundred and a mint Orange CTS-XHP on the exchange for considerably less than your budget just by looking often and jumping on them.


I have a Caly 3 Super Blue on the way now.
