What Spydie do you have on the way???

just ordered the sage #1 this would be my 4th spyderco,started with the tenaicous ,then i got two manix 2 one the black version CF the other is gray both have CPM S30v steel love the coating they use,i think they call it DLC and its vary hard,my next on the to get list would be the DOMINO,would be my first flipper,five knife's a year is about my limit so i think i'll stop there.

Hehe.... You'd think that wouldn't you. I've started with Dragonfly2, month later PM2, then two weeks after Yojimbo 2. In two days will be pulling trigger on Southard. Next on list either Techno or Domino.

Finally got the Blue CF Domino! And I must say, I'm super impressed with it. Fit, finish, and function are absolutely PERFECT. I had high hopes because it cost an arm and leg, and it's my first Spydie. But every expectation met and then some. It's also the absolute sharpest factory edge I've ever purchased. Until now, my ZT's and a couple Boker's held the record for no touch ups required out of the box. Most other knives go straight to the KME for a new edge as soon as I touch them. I'm a lovin this thing, and it has kicked a ZT out of my pocket for now. More Spyders are inevitable in the very near future.

Thanks. It actually is only MIA one day. It might still show up. Tracking info disappeared Friday.

It's probably in a surface shipment. Wouldn't be the first time a 2nd day took a week.

I feel like the USPS is getting worse. I used to have new disc golf discs coming in every week and narry a single package missing.

Then I had some collector's discs get lost for a week about six months ago, and now I have a USPS package go MIA nearly every-other shipment.

Hopefully it shows up!
 
I had a package come from Indiana in exactly 2 days. Two weeks later a package from the same place bounced all over the West Coast. I'm North of Seattle but it touched down in Portland for some reason. Then it took two days to get to Seattle. I know surface right. Then they sent it back South to the Federal way air Depot. Then Northwest of me to Everett for a whole day. In all it took eight days driving back and forth on I5. :(
 
WooHoo! USPS just snuck my package in to my post office. 80hrs between scans in LA and here. You can shift drive from Seattle to New York in 80hrs. :mad:




Okay it's here. It feels awesome in the hand. Handmeld

Mine was delayed by USPS, still haven't received it but I got this explanation=

We sincerely apologize for the tracking of your item not updating. Your item was shipped and accepted on March 23 at our local post office. We have contacted the post office in regards to this and they stated that they are currently undergoing route consolidations that have been causing delays. While undergoing this consolidation the Postal Service stated that they mismarked containers of parcels and sent them back to their origin facility. Once the origin facilities realized this mistake they promptly sent the items back to be redistributed into the mail stream. Unfortunately we had no control over this and we are as equally frustrated that this happened. It appears that this situation has been corrected and your tracking information has been updating so you should be receiving your item shortly.
