What to do when somebody says they didn't mean to buy a knife...?

Mike, you were dealing with George Tsai AKA Tac Blade, whom I banned for his serious dishonesty. I would suggest holding the MO until the knife actually returns -- if ever -- and only then returning it to him.

Wow,I didn't know that!I guess I'd go with glockman's advice then.

Update:

Last night I emailed C.C. Tsai:

Did you want to reverse that trade? I will refund you the $30 minus shipping cost if you would still like to reverse it, I will send you the payment after I receive the knife. I'm going to give you until this Wednesday (4/28/2010) to ship the knife back to me and send me a Delivery Confirmation Number otherwise I will consider the sale complete and keep the $30.

This morning he replied:
Actually I like the knife and currently I am using it at work as part of my tools. Thanks again for the deal and take care!

He never told me the deal was back on, and especially never said anything about using the knife. The last thing he emailed me was that he wanted me to email his MO back to him because a mistake had been made.
Looks like he wanted just wanted to see if I was a sucker and he could have the knife for free...

Here is his info, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!
