Breathtaking blue bone on your copperhead, Paul!

A US Army "Metal Monday" utility knife and a 1935-36 Hammer Brand scout to start the week; both by Imperial.

Striking striping on your Kamp King, JJ!

Oregon Trapper and a Camillus #69
...
That's what I'd call a premium stockman, Steve!

Heck of a half whittler!

The old Bayonne jack knife again today, rode solo in my pocket.

Great photo of your grand old knife, Greg!

Today with this GEC 83 in stag, serialized No. 28.

You must prize that superb knife, José!

Carrying my Waynorth Lambsfoot in jigged bone today, and a Random Tuesday Spanish Joker in bubinga

...
Highly desirable duo, Jack!

Carrying a Schrade Carpenters Whittler for the day. OH
...
What a pristine example, Bruce!

I wasn't aware that anyone besides Camillus offered that unique "whittler" pattern; always good to learn new-to-me info.

I wring the most enjoyment possible out of all four of the seasons, but I don’t think I’ve ever cheered the end of the gardening/growing season. Autumn is the most beautiful and enjoyable temperature wise, and September is usually perfect around here.
I appreciate the reassurance about deserving fishing time, I went, caught nothing, and had a great couple of hours doing it.
Thanks for commending my knives, my friend.
Glad you found time for some fishing fun, Jeff!

Happy Tuesday Everybody.
I'll be carrying my Usual Lamb and a Case Medium Stockman
...
Another of your versatile pairings, John; that's a handsome 6.5318!

My "totes" for the day are a couple of Cases, the half whittler and the swayback jack, both in TruSharp and stag, and the ever-faithful 23 in mesquite....
...
Thrilling threesome!

Western W238. Slightly bigger than a Case Mini Trap and quite a bit smaller than a full sized trapper. Well made, nice knife that I should carry more. Ok, I have
lots of knives that I should carry more

Sounds like a great size, and that "scalloped" edge is intriguing!

For what ever reason I can't fathom I traded the small two blade wenger I've been carrying around for years for the cheap shrade 19jpe. I bought two of them and it was less than twenty bucks for the two of them delivered. I do like the size and weight of it so we'll see how long it lasts. I do miss the older knife and am wondering why I do things sometimes.
I can relate to your story. I've made plenty of illogical, inexplicable decisions in my "knife life"!

Just gets better and better.
...
Totally agree about your rosewood Hartshead Barlow lambs foot, Taylor!

My favorite water sport is to sit and look at it.
Someday I hope to compete on the porch of the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island.
...
At this stage of my life, I certainly agree with you, Jer!

I'm sure if you someday qualify for competition at the Grand Hotel, you'll acquit yourself well!

If you go, say hello for me to Jane Seymour.

Nice tribute to your father!

Umm, if we could just hang on for a while before winter comes, that would be great, ok?
...
The leek, 1/2 the onions and most of the peppers will go in the skillet to be joined later by a little smoked pork loin and chicken, and some wild rice.
The mango, cilantro, some onion, tomatoes, and a poblano and jalapeno are for some fresh salsa topping.
The mango is the only thing I did not grow.
And some white corn tortillas off the griddle to scoop it up.
Eat well, my amigos!
I'm with you on postponing talk of winter, Jeff. I saw the post that said something like, "Winter is coming. Have a good day!" and considered it an oxymoron!

Captivating cornucopia you posted!!

Splendid sowbelly (and knob)!

Elegant Forum Knife!

Guess I forgot to post my carry this morning. Had these with me today.

Jack, both your stag HHB and your sawcut Case are relatively new, but IMHO they're "instant classics"!
