You are exactly right! I've got both and know that but for some reason typed in the wrong information. Its the other way around, the 35 is 3 3/8". IIRC the 31 is an overall bigger frame than the 35, but don't quote me on that

So you pick different "good luck" knives each Sunday? For some reason I thought you'd stick with the same ones each week (as long as they're "working"Thank you, GT.
I hope whatever I pick on Sunday brings me some luck too.

IMHO, you're always well served by a canoe and a mini trapper; 2 of my top four favorite patterns! These two today, my new mini trapper, which is looking even better now that I’ve cut a few apples with it, and a thrifty little canoe. View attachment 1641100

Good point!Come down to Texas, and you may feel that way about summer, as I do. I'm getting excited for Autumn, with temperatures dropping down into the 70s at night. Finally!
Good questions about the rationale for features of the mini copperhead; life is so full of mysteries!Case 'Stardust' Mini Copperhead today. I dunno why Case decided to forgo the Jack configuration on the Mini, nor why they put the main blade on the opposite end...

Thanks a lot GaryThanks, Jack.I'm a big fan of sowbelly stock knives, so I'd certainly encourage you to give your carbon steel RR some pocket time.

Not off base at all, Ed. Thank you.Nice knives, guitar, and coffee but the highlight of your post is Manny. Dogs hold a lot of memories with them and Manny's direct tie to Jason must be comforting. I'd bet Jason's scent is still throughout your home and Manny looks for him through you. Hope this isn't off base.
Such a cool knife.
The elk sausage looks amazing, and a very appropriate cutter.
Very cool pair.
It was very nice, thanks. That sounds like a great way to spend the evening.
Congrats on the strong start. We’re currently 4-0 and JV is as well.
Wow... That's an awesome pair of Lambs right there.
Thank you, GT.Couple of capable classics!
I’m kinda getting interested in the canoe pattern again. I really like the shape of the spear blade on my RRs. And yes Gary, you are definitely a master “canoesseur!”Thanks, Todd; I'm definitely some kind of "canoesseur".
