Thank you very much Ross . Yes I am .Love this, Harry. You are blessed!
Made it home and decided to munch on some of my buddies homemade elk sausage. Small Tinker helped slice it. I was too lazy to grab a block of cheese out of the garage fridge so sliced will have to do.

My Grandpa loved zinnias, and always planted a row of them by his huge vegetable garden. I carry that on in his memory. I stick them in pots, around the edges of the yard...all over the place.Picking wildflowers today.

I think that little doll might grow up to be a physical therapist, Harry.
Thank you. I love itI have to say that I really like your baseball glove sheath (and the knife of course)![]()
Another great post Jon, that knife is really cool!![]()
Thank you. Seeing your Texas jack never gets old. Have fun at the festival. I just bought plane tickets yesterday to go back home for a family vacation next month. We’re going to try and fit in as much St. Louis favorites and family time as we can in a week.Nothing exciting about my carry, but we’re headed into town for a “Wine and Ale with Abe” festival. It’s become a mini homecoming, always good to see friends and catch up.![]()
I really like Elk the best, especially a steak or roast. Moose is also delicious. But the absolutely best I have ever tasted was hippopotamus. I know it sounds crazy, and maybe it was how it was prepared, but wow is all I can say. Funny thing, I’ve never cooked or bought a steak from a beef cow in my entire life. I can’t stand fat or the texture of it, so definitely no prime rib for me.Jim, it looks like you’ve had a lot of different game. What is your favorite? I have only had the game around Kentucky- deer, turkey, dove, geese, duck etc.
Thanks, Jack. It’s just an excuse to have another tool.I was wondering about that too, pretty cool![]()

Really good to see you on your feet again Harry, looks like you have some great help there!
Thanks Jon, we did have a great time. Good to hear you’re coming home for a vacation, October is a perfect time to visit St. Louis, but I don’t have to tell you that. Maybe you could squeeze in a visit to your old stomping grounds at GP!Thank you. Seeing your Texas jack never gets old. Have fun at the festival.
