I went out into the wilds of central England so swapped over for my Trapper, I like this one more every day.
I came across a herd of fierce sheep guarding the ramparts of the old fort.

Edit: First snow of the season. But not gonna whine about it. It’s not bothering my romaine and other lettuces, and not going to stick anyway.
But the radio says paulhilborn paulhilborn and btb01 btb01 are expecting a blizzard!

We got a sad little dusting the other day (only stuck to rooftops, decks, cars). It’s snowing again now but I don’t think it’ll amount to much.

Stealing the idea from my friend, Todd. I'm really enjoying the morning fires again.
Just watching the sun come up, enjoying some strong coffee, and my dog to keep me company.

Got the patina started today … on vegan “beyond meat” meatballs

Looks delicious Dan, my daughter is vegan and has introduced us to several wonderful dishes. Although I still like a nice hunk of meat every once in awhile.

My wife watches a lot of seasonal Hallmark movies.
I actually enjoy watching them with her. They are always "feel good", take place in small towns that I dream of living in some day, and they aren't overly dramatic or overly romantic. Plus, I get to spend time with my lovely wife and sharing something that she enjoys... But never on Sundays during football season!!!

Yep, time spent with my girls.
Nobody here cares about watching sports, so if we watch tv, it’s Andy Griffith, Matlock, Perry Mason, Mannix or Hallmark Christmas movies. Good old schmaltzy and formulaic Hallmark movies

I bought a new car and realized today that the clip from the modern knife I often carry (along with a traditional) is dangerously close to the console (this one has no cut out empty area for an e brake handle there by my leg). So, I guess it’s back to strictly traditional knives in my pockets for the foreseeable future. I can’t say that that bothers me a single bit.

This one today! Excuse the dirty blades. It’s just egg gunk lol.
