What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

For the last few days, staying in a wood heated log cabin. Making tinder and curls to start a fire and lots of kitchen use. Damn this works fine. Also the sheath is simple but well made.

I like a nice bit of crumpet in the morning along with a bit of double entendre.
Spot the deliberate mistake I have muffins,it’s the same kind of packaging so easy done.
Still they where nice along with a proper cuppa.

If you did it deliberately, how can it be a mistake?

And you really need to slap that muffin on the griddle before dumping jam on it!

Don't usually carry a Jack two blade same end, but habit and custom are there to be broken and carrying the same kind of knife every day is complacent and does nothing to challenge the imagination. Here, all steel Tidioute Eureka Jack and the first series remain the best.

Its the way we English speak, its self deprecating humour.

We often say its not a bad day today rather than its a good day for example.

We dont slap muffins that's cruel and we use toasters, griddle is a northern expression i.e. look at the griddle on her.

Some or all of this may be true.

A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned that I’d lost my trusty little Schrade 12OT jack somewhere in the garden last spring, and within a couple of days, I received two offers of a replacement. Thank you, Jim and Rick!!!

I almost declined, because I don’t need another knife. I have a couple of other small jacks I can carry in that little pocket in my blue jeans, but how could I resist that lovely Schrade Serpentine Jack shape?? I only accepted one, but extend my heartfelt thanks to both porch members!0A854A9C-3388-41B7-93FE-AF87A630E61A.jpeg400411F8-533B-4109-B1D0-D6A305574B5A.jpegSo here’s what lettuce looks like at 21degrees. But never fear...it will perk up.

If you have a decent griddle, an electric toaster is a waste of counter top.
Anyway, I think you meant “look at the grill on her”.
