It looks like a very interesting process JJ, but as others have noted in the Guardians thread, fraught with extreme danger! And the fractal wood burning is pretty hairy too! 🤣 ;) Thank you for the kind words my friend :)
Yes, from what I've seen it is a dicey looking procedure! :)
Marvellously matched JJ, two very handsome knives :)
Thank you very kindly, Jack!!! :)
Carrying an old friend, and a new friend today :) Have a good Friday everyone

Very cool looking version of the BF Barlow to round out your Double Barlow Day; is it a special issue version with that lovely smooth white bone?

Just a bit, I think! :D  Thanks JJ, it came from Charlie, there's a thread about it somewhere
Toting a couple old Robeson pocket pals in basic black. :)
Fab Black Friday choices my friend :)

" Totin " this today. One of my most treasured and favourites. A few reasons, Lambsfoot/Sheepsfoot are my favourite blades, love the wood on these covers, but the main reason, this blade was hardened and tempered properly. Takes a wicked edge, but more importantly keeps it. Can be relied on never to let you down when you require a sharp blade, a " TRUE " work knife. Have a good weekend everyone and take care out there.🤠:)
