Happy Wednesday Everybody
These two knives get the most carry when I go into work... On me again today.

I can see why, John. Very capable and discreet at the same time.
Same knife, new Zippo. We may hit a new record high today 79 degrees! Spring is in the air. Have a great day everyone. 😊👍View attachment 1755902
Nice one, Todd. Does that mean that the sleet is gone now? 🤣
Beautiful grain on the Ironwood, Mark.
Been away for a few days and not willingly I might add, but duties have called and have been answered.

I don’t smoke, but I like Zippos. After my son passed away, I found his Zippo among his things and put it in my pocket. Bought a bottle of Ronsonal, and some apare flints, and got used to carrying it. Comes in handy for the smoker, fireplace, and when I worked for the retired nurseryman, huge brushpiles of my prunings.
Somehow, I misplaced it, so snagged another at the flea market. Of course, I then found Jason’s, so now I have two. I am resisting becoming a lighter collector, but next time I go to the flea market, and if I see a cool Zippo like yours, and if I can chisel them down to five bucks like the last one...
And I just realized this coming weekend is the monthly flea market!
Sorry for rambling. Here’s another knife photo. I have been carrying this pointy CRKT in a very secure sheath, in my pocket for the last few months. It’s copied from a traditional Japanese pattern, but made in the USA.F53D205D-F504-41CE-B236-BBD2FB519AC7.jpegEdit to add~
I like to wear this boonie hat. It was my son’s. It’s faded from the Afghan sun, and has been there done that.

Beautiful Lambsfoot, Jeff. 🤠

Can't beat a Classic. 🤠
Thanks, John! I really dig this one. Harry, Old Engineer Old Engineer gave it to me at the last pre-pandemic Badger Knife Show where several Blade Forum friends, including Ron and his wife, met for breakfast.
Later, at lunch, we sat around showing off what we’d apent our money on. I lucked into a mint Pal Navy EO Utility Jack of WWII vintage, and a Camillus TL-29. I didn’t need another one of those, but it was only $10, so...

I’m rambling again, but I do have a point. The Badger Knife Show is back! Last weekend this month. It’s in SW central Wisconsin, and easily in driving distance for a lot of you knife lovers. Besides a chance at seeing a ton of knives and meeting dealers, you’d get to meet some of us face to face. That’s the best reason to come, so mark your calendars and plan on coming. All you mid-western Porchsters, I mean you.
