America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.
Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Thanks, Will -- much appreciated. The stunning 56 you posted the other day appears to have a similar finish, yes?Wonderful knife. I aspired to one of those a few years ago but the deal fell throughbut vigilance is eternal

Thanks, Todd. I'm with you -- love the oak leaf shield on that one. Thanks Jim, but it was so crowded last night there was no stealth required.
What a beautiful knife Jim, that shield is perfect.![]()
The Nessmi looks like such a great little knife, that would make for easy pocket carry. I've been looking at them pretty hard, but I'm holding out for a black/tan burlap version to match my Barlow. Dare to dream, right?I really like that XJ6. It's 1.5" longer than the 6" Boker Nessmi that I carry often. They are similar, and the Nessmi is based on Nessmuk's well known, much larger knife. Certainly traditional to me, with some modern touches.
