Schrade 893 today.

Are the blades stainless? Hard to judge from the lighting.
Edit: Not all Schrade stainless have a + on the tang also. I've got a brand new 930T USA and it's stainless..

They are not stainless. You can see the patina on the clip better in this picture.

I need to get a 93OT. I really like the clip/sheepsfoot configuration on this pattern.

The postman has just delivered the knife he sent me from across the pond.

I love it,its got the perfect weight,perfect pull on all the tools and is great in the hand.
The bail is just right as well as it doesnt flop around.
I am a big sucker for awls as you may know and I love this one,its the shape I prefer.

I cant think of a better pocket camp knife than this one,I am now truly prepared.
