Another one of my top GEC’s there and a great pic to match
Thank you kindly Jon
You sure know how to pick-em as well there today !!
Calendar shot Bart. John turned me on to 70s era Case knives, they are spectacular.
The blade is most definitely not defective, I see an apple in it’s future.
That’s perfect from the bead to the blade.
What a cool photo Jon.
Love that sayingand the lamb.
Sweet picture John. They just put a coffee bar in our teachers lounge. Think I’ll try a cup in the afternoon.![]()
Thanks Todd. I see you found some more green there.Haven’t cleaned out the turtle enclosure yet, still a few cold nights, the leaves help keep out the cold. Probably a week or so before any of them appear for the first time this year. When the kids were small it was always an exciting time to see the turtles again in Spring. The kids are older now and away at college, but I’m still excited.View attachment 1785575
Had one in my garden two years ago. He was munching on all the bad bugs.
Thanks, the Bernard's are handy little blades.Love those Arno Bernards. Craig J lives down the road from me. I have a signed first edition of his first book.
Nice Cases and Telecaster!A newer chestnut peanut and an older really dark red bone stockman.

I love that you have turtles. Mine lives inside, although I used to let him roam the yard when I was a kid. Whenever I couldn’t find him I would let our hunting dog out to find him. Cool little animals (and a cool knife)Haven’t cleaned out the turtle enclosure yet, still a few cold nights, the leaves help keep out the cold. Probably a week or so before any of them appear for the first time this year. When the kids were small it was always an exciting time to see the turtles again in Spring. Thanks for the info Mr P, you have a lovely collectionThank you Mr. Jack !
It's a baby doctor John Primble India Steel Works (1890-1940), so hard to say who actually made it for Belknap Hardware.Judging from the bone wear, I would guess closer to 1890 than 1940.
Thanks buddy, you were in good companyThat’s great, Jack!Sadly I must have missed it altogether on the 1st.
Definitely not!I imagine that’s the sort of thing that you don’t miss at all about doing the Guardians knives.![]()
Wow, that sounds excitingThanks Jack! Been quite busy the last year. Moved to Colorado.
Very nice indeed JohnCharlie Bell mini zulu etched A2 ... love this knife! Whoop!!

AwwwTwo jack Tuesday for the first leg of a 1000 mile drive with my daughter. First leg is to my brother’s house for dinner and sleep, then on to Colorado. The kids bought their first house, and asked for Dad’s help. Fence in a garden area, and build vegetable beds, as well as some plumbing stuff.
Looking forward to seeing two of my grandchildren!View attachment 1785200Remy just turned six. Mom and Dad think he’s ready for his first pocket knife, so guess who they asked to pick one out!
I got him a Victorinox Camper, thinking that the wood saw will help keep him busy. Of course I brought my Vic Camper, so I can tell him it’s just like Papa’s.
It’s going to take some close supervision, along with strict safety rules. Hopefully no bandages.View attachment 1785193

I like how Canvas Micarta looks after some oil and dirt.

I thought the steel wool and the lack of a bolster stamp were very odd, though I didn't add "2 and 2"!![]()
