Two jack Tuesday for the first leg of a 1000 mile drive with my daughter. First leg is to my brother’s house for dinner and sleep, then on to Colorado. The kids bought their first house, and asked for Dad’s help. Fence in a garden area, and build vegetable beds, as well as some plumbing stuff.
Looking forward to seeing two of my grandchildren!D0BDF810-5491-4C2B-BAF7-ECAB4AF61EB5.jpegRemy just turned six. Mom and Dad think he’s ready for his first pocket knife, so guess who they asked to pick one out!
I got him a Victorinox Camper, thinking that the wood saw will help keep him busy. Of course I brought my Vic Camper, so I can tell him it’s just like Papa’s.
It’s going to take some close supervision, along with strict safety rules. Hopefully no bandages.C02E736F-6E2F-41C6-82ED-E6D46872224E.jpeg

That looks good with the Micarta covers Joh
Thank you, Jack. :)
I like how Canvas Micarta looks after some oil and dirt.
Bart did a nice job of modding it
Bart's got a good touch on finishing the blades and Micarta.
Been down and out since sunday morning
Sorry to hear that, but glad you're feeling better. :)
Bull Nose is great, my favorite covers and I like the re-profile
Thank you, Paul :)
were the covers contoured also?
Yes, they are rounded and super comfortable.
He even rounded the pointy butt so it doesn't dig into your palm.

Two TEWs Tuesday again : Had these TEWs , with Ramshorn covers, in my pocket to go into town to get my Ears Lowered this morning .

Then switched out to these to get some small jobs done this afternoon
Two old workhorse TEWs

It took a bit for our schedules to align but it was worth the wait. Fun meeting up with someone else from the Forum.

That new Wiseman of yours is nice 👍

That was my subtle April Fool's joke Mr P, went down like a lead balloon! :D

I thought the steel wool and the lack of a bolster stamp were very odd, though I didn't add "2 and 2"! o_O 😁
Have a good day everyone :) Carrying a jsdistin re-built Sheffield Lambsfoot, and a Random Tuesday CSC Balloon Whittler (MOP, rather than lead 🤣 - didn't think I'd be writing the word 'balloon twice in two posts  ;))
That's a mighty sweet looking Canal Street"balloon" and it's always a treat to view your "custom cover" Lambsfoot; I see a trek in your near future, too! 😋 😎
