Got this old 4" Remington stockman with me today. Blades don't shine like this anymore, Somebody

Very nice Paul. Do you know if it was ever made in CV? Looks like a very handy work knife.

The 99 treated me well today, I really like this little guy. In the picture you see on the inside of the wall their is that plastic sheeting, whoever put that up left it about an 1/8th inch proud of the top of the wall. Used the Farmer lock with a pull cut and shaved it down so it would not interfere with the marble top I was putting on.

Looks to shiny to be Cv bud :p , thought you hid the SS stamp from us on the other side. Whats the closed length on that bad boy?

Jeff, my dad actually got this one for me last year @ a garage sale in Mesa---he knows absolutely nothing about pocket knives:D He did pretty well I think:thumbup:

The knife is 3 3/4" closed and disappears in my pocket.

I think I remember reading that story now. He absolutely did a fantastic job with that one. 3 3/4" is my ideal length, long enough to get a full grip but still pocket friendly.
