What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

A 26 looks like a stubby 79 to me.

Carried the Pioneer on the scooter today. I saw two bald eagles feeding on something in a field. One mature with the white head and tailfeathers, and one immature that hadn't turned white yet. They were only about 40-50 feet off the road. I tried to stop quietly  so I could get a pic, but they weren't having any of it and split. Even at 50 feet, watching the two take off was fairly magnificent. They were BIG. The brown one looked to be close in size to the mature one.
Good weather, clear roads, eagles, a good running motorbike, and a good knife View attachment 1830535

That sounds like a cool experience Mike. Hopefully some Eagles will be out around here today. 😎👍

Great picture, Jack. 🤠
Hope you're relaxing today after fighting off the Viking Invasion.
I guess John, I was out of the loop when it came to the details surrounding the making of this knife. until I saw it in Duncan's hands. I remember well the original when Duncan received and repaired it. He had done an excellent job with a simple nail taking the place of the original pivot pin. When I saw Duncan's Rhidian and then learned there was another. I shamelessly threw myself at the feet of Charlie 😂
I was enamored with the original find of Duncan's, thinking it was such a unique knife. I emailed Charlie and he was so kind to part with it. Maybe there will be more commissioned in the future🤔
