I thought it was a Pemberton at first glance! Does Duane have a White Owl, I want to see comparison shots?!

That was my thought as well.

(Steeltoe, in case you don't catch the reference-- knives have a way of looking "smaller" in Duane's/sitflyer's hands than in others', similar to the effect in your White Owl photograph.... ).

Ah, really nice. I wanted to jump on that one when it came up, but had to admit that since I already had a red micarta KR Johnson sodbuster, I didn't "need" that one. Man does he make a nice knife--enjoy that one. I use mine all the time and it's just great. I hate to admit it, but it's probably the only knife I need.

After spending a good hour yesterday thinning the edges on my 76 making very sure I was not removing steel from the apex until the bevel actually met I drop my 76 today landing right on the clip blade. In case anyone is wondering if the clip blade smacks the inside of the backsrping it will be just before the upsweep of the belly... So, I pulled out my favorite hard black arkansas stone and had to take it down.
