What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I finally put the Yellow Rose down for a day.

Its doing great Brian. The wiggle hasnt changed and I only notice it when I want to(doesnt affect use). That O1 takes a mean patina :thumbup: and with a toothy edge from my medium Arkansas stone it saws through jobsite tasks with ease. One of my co-workers carries a SS Case soddie every day. He has taken a liking to my 99 and I let him borrow it yesterday. I think he will be placing an order soon enough ;)

Jeff that's a good report. Mine hasn't seen anything close to hard use yet. Way to convert another to the GEC tribe. I also have a half whit like yours but in Bocote. It is probably my favorite to date closely followed by the 25 jack. I really like the slim carry of the single spring knives. I've been using it tonight so a pic is required, right?

Brian, I'm jealous.

That has got to be the best looking Bocote I've ever seen on a knife, for both grain and color.
If the pile side looks as good, don't ever lay it down in my presence! :eek: ;)

Jeff, duly noted! I got to pick that one out in person. Bob Andrews, (Old Hundred) my chief GEC enabler displays at the local gunshows. I always go and never buy any guns. ;)

been carrying the mercator black cat again. i get onto one knife or another and cant seem to get away from it lol.
maybe ill force myself to switch tomorrow just so i can post something different lol.
 
Today is my EZ open stag #25
It costed me a lot to make this guy cut like I want because it was awfully thick behind the edge, but now is near what I like
