It has been a long time since I carried a traditional slipjoint that wasn't a SAK, but a little while back I stumbled across a Rough Rider Barlow that matches almost 100% of my personal Barlow pattern preferences (notably: stainless, synthetic covers, no shield, bolster stamp, half stops, and match-striker pulls). It arrived today, and this is a lot of cheerful little knife for $17! I'm quite chuffed with this one.

Been absent from posting here lately. We had to put our beautiful dog June down on Thursday. We are all heart broken. But glad we have two more dogs to love up. Wow 14 years went fast!
