Oh no! I like seeing safe queens. I can enjoy using my knife, knowing it isn't the last of its kind, and there are still perfect examples being preserved somewhere.

in addition to the kershaw parsec i posted in the EDC topic, i realize i've had my CRKT K.I.S.S. with me fo probably a decade or more, used as a money clip!. and i found that when going thru security, i just put it (with the biggest bill showing) on top of the other metal stuff in the basket, and NEVER has a security person picked it up and looked at it. it's as if touching other folks' money is a kind of taboo . . . .

i also carry my Gerber EAB Lite Pocket Knife which uses a DEWALT DWHT11004L Induction Hardened Heavy Duty Utility Blade,

And i once put a single-edge razor blade in a small card holder that lives in my back pocket. it's never set off a metal detector.
