What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Bonsoir from hot and sunny Biarritz.

Cracking ride today via Pamplona.

So much to see,the wheat crop being harvested, birds of prey riding the thermals over the out crops, little birds swooping, butterfly’s fluttering, people going about life.

Spain is not only cheap for us it’s quality food etc. done the old historic ways,we have lost it in England, sadly.

Oh and I said I would use it,I kept my promise. 😁

You just described my ride around central Missouri this morning🏍️👍👍👍

Ok I didn't stop to take pics...and they were cutting hay and not wheat...and it was mostly cows going about life and not people so much, but still...the same thing :D

Great pics btw

I think the best aspect of this thread is how it illustrates so very well the wide variety in tastes that we as knife owners and users have. Even the knives that I don't have any desire to ever own are great to look at. And some of us (not me) are really good photographers to boot. Long live the thread!

Sounds good though,I noticed the wheat here is short and stubby.it’s grown on quite hilly patches to no big flat fields in many areas.

DFC Queen 4L while making up some arrows on the front porch. I have to do this when the wife is not around, the smell of burning feathers is pretty unpleasant. :D
This Queen lockback knife would be great if it didn't have a bit of blade wobble. I like the bloodwood covers, the bolsters, the blade and its size. Just wish it were tighter.
