Been absent from posting here lately. We had to put our beautiful dog June down on Thursday. We are all heart broken. But glad we have two more dogs to love up. Wow 14 years went fast!![]()
Been carrying the 15 the past couple of days.

Urban Jack today. I really like how these covers turned out.

Spanish Aitor this morning. Lot to like about this knife: inexpensive, preferred size 8.5cm /3.5" Leaf blade is broad can tackle a large apple with no problems, stainless liners so no internal corrosion, brass pins look decorative but they can't give verdigris to wood , strong spring but easy to grab open (you have to guide it shut Laguiole style) Wood is Rosewood or Bubinga? darkened nicely. Finish is exceptional, scales are smooth, it passes the 'braille' test- no protruding or sunk pins, no liners above/below scales, spring liners flush and smooth, no gaps, never any play.
What a eulogy ,,,,well the downside is that it's no longer made and can't be replaced, would like an upgraded version with say Ram's Horn but....the carbon blade takes a good patina but does not stay ultra sharp for long, but then, this is a pocket-knife so it will do

Wow Bart, I can’t believe how low that lake is. Around here, we call “low” a few inches. Does the water level fluctuate a lot?

It's a professionally-taken photo from a company website. This thread is for individual members to show the knives they're actually carrying, not for knife companies to promote their wares![]()
Was gonna carry my 88 for a while, but this came in the mail today. Got it from a very nice member of the forum, and I love it! Thanks again.

Very handsome Mr P![]()
Or 'andsome as Bert would have said!![]()
I don't think I've only ever seen clips from the movie Mr P. I've heard Dick Van Dyke being interviewed about his notorious accent in the film a few times, and thought it quite funnyPoor guy!

I think Elliott rolled his eyes too!I know we have the eye-roll emojibut I feel like there should be an eye-roll “reaction.”
Poor Dick Van Dyke, he has certainly taken a lot of flack for it over the yearsPerhaps one of the most convincing English accents by an American actor, eh?
Wait, you mean it wasn’t a good accent?!![]()
Thanks a lot buddy, I love those two, how're you finding those sauces?Cool photo, Jack.
...
I’ve been carrying these two a lot lately. I should probably switch it up soon.
