What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

That's pretty cool
Thanks. We always thought it was. We’ve had it over 20 years. My moms BF bought a piece of land and we lived there when I was about 12-13. This old ramshackle house was on it. And we found that and some glass medicine bottles and herb bottles. Some cola bottles from the 50s and 60s. It was pretty cool as a kid.

It's not that hard to catch big ones ................................................. if you are a bald eagle. Some forty years ago, some of my fishing friends and I went to the tail waters of Lake Cumberland to fish for Rainbow trout. Had to stop and buy trout bait and a trout stamp. Had a memorable breakfast. I might have caught ten trout that morning, the biggest being about 5 or 4 inches long. Lots of deer activity and bald eagles soaring above.

A beautiful morning, but, no good fish were caught............... except about 3 hours into the excursion, one of the bald eagles came down and skimmed across the water, and came up with at least a 20 inch trout. He flapped his wings to the other side and landed on a cliff. That fish looked big from our side. He sat there and had his breakfast, as we watched. So you see, it ain't all that hard. 🤣
I wonder who’s checkin his trout stamp!

Neighbor out of town for the week, and been keeping an eye on his buddy, Tiger ... with a vintage Boker USA doing kibble sack duties
Tiger has an amazing deep, booming man-dog voice and lets us know if anything is amiss
Well, my boy dog Mason sings the song of his people too, but more of a tenor voice
... and washed the old Jeep (2003 w/only about 60K on the clock) ... dogs, Jeeps and traditional knives. Life is good :)
EDIT: Don't usually name objects, but had the Jeep so long, since new, she's almost family ... Ruby
