What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Any time, just don't expect "good" fishing.
If you're able to land a few little guys, it's a good day.
That sounds like most of the trout fishing I do 👍

Thank you very much, Jack!!! :)👍

Sorry to hear about your pain, hopefully your celebrations were as cool as your images; the Hartshead is a wonderful pal while you're on the mend! :(:cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:
Thank you for the kind words JJ 🙂👍
Toting these two today. :)
Those two beauties make for a colourful combination 😎 I hope you still have all your fingers after taking that pic my friend! 😱😉👍

Like I said. 😁

Decisions, decisions.

Your Otter reminds me of Mom's favorite small knife, a 4" Henkels.

This handle started splitting before I started dipping all her wooden handles in spar varnish, so I slathered it with epoxy.
Definitely a strong resemblance between those two knives. :thumbsup::thumbsup::cool:

Oh ya... and a Case Canvas Trout for Trapper Tuesday. ;)

Too Cool Tuesday! :cool::cool::thumbsup:

Nice deep dive into Victorinox lore!
Thanks, Jeff. :)
I enjoy trying to learn the differences among the many SAK models, although I'm not very good at it. Somewhere I have a "family tree" of how Victorinox models are related by the tools they have.

Splendor in the Grass, José! :thumbsup::cool::cool:

Today for the morning trail walk with the dog. Sak Walker and 1993 Buck 501
Dog drank [attempted to] all the water from hand. Hot here.

This one. A. Wright and Sons Lambsfoot, with a left handed nail nick.

Lovely Lefty Lamby!! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:

Here are a couple more of my recent additions that I'm carrying this week. Since it's Wooden Wednesday, I'm posting a couple of Rite Edge knives with wood covers.
3 3/8" closed curved lockback Barlow (I don't know what kind of wood it is):

I like the simple elegance of that knife. 🤠 :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
Thanks! The pattern is great for sure. I love the name and covers because of the Cardinals, Chiefs and both play in cities that are on the banks of a river (Mississippi and Missouri respectively)

Thanks! A guy I’ve been stationed with the last few years just transferred to grand haven a couple months ago. He was telling me how cool all of it is. He’s happy to be a round cutters again after being at the air station.
