Thank you again, my friend.Very nice John!
I guess the old saying is true... You get what you pay for.I wish Case production blades came with a point close to those on special production runs.
Gorgeous!
Wow. Two of the best right there! Nice to see them out getting used.Charlie's and Lyle's today, these two go together well

Thanks, John. The game was awesome. Angels won in 12 innings. We even caught a ball that one of the Angels pitchers threw into the stands after warmup.Good choice of work knife. Hope you had fun at the game.
Thank you, Jack.
I knew yesterday was going to be tough, I had to wake up at 2:00 in the morning to take my wife to the airport, and then teach my first day of classes.
Great picture, Jack.
I'm very sorry you had to miss the Market today.
Two great ones, John.
I shaved on a whim, earlier this year. Vickie said I looked younger without the gray beard.Agree with marketing thinking they can make it better
Sometimes a good lather and straight razor shave does a soul good.
My wife is kinda sensitive to heat. Last year, I included a row of jalapenos, and didn’t know what to do with all of them. Just one in a dish for supper, and she’d be whining. Finally getting some jalapenos!
Just a great, straight ahead pair of pocket knives, JJ!
Wow, that’s fantastic.Handmade day

Half sheath for friction folders I made many years ago. Oh yeah & the pouch I have had for years

Just like my “7”, but without the saw. Finally landed an Alox Rancher View attachment 1896330
Looks like it was made yesterday, Greg, but since PAL took over Remington’s knife production so Rem could concentrate on ammunition during WWII, I think the PAL would prefer to be paired up with a steel 1911 rather than that plastic thing from Austria!Pal Cutlery in Delrin. Truth in advertising as Dudley Moore would say....'it's chunky but good'

Sounds like so much fun... You got your money's worth. We even caught a ball that one of the Angels pitchers threw into the stands after warmup.
Love that place! Had it two nights ago.
It'll do that.Todd's beautiful IRJ haunted my dreams
Nice Little Lambcliffe Trapper.
That ball will be a keepsake for sureWow. Two of the best right there! Nice to see them out getting used.

My beard is gray and grows wild. I did not get the classic beard gene. That went to my brother. Mine is more the "Grizzly Adams" style from the start. I enjoy the straight razor more than modern ones.I shaved on a whim, earlier this year. Vickie said I looked younger without the gray beard.
Maybe I’ll surprise her, and do it again next year.
By the way, AWESOME tote you’re lugging around. The Schrade 858 is one I never lucked into, but always thought I’d like.![]()
Nice trio you are carrying today.Sears Best?
Funny, but they called this Stockman a Bowie. Through pin rules out a Swinden Key, so it’s either Ulster, or more likely, Camillus, right?
The sad little jack rides in my watch pocket. Sad because her main blade doesn’t snap anymore. Still cuts, though.

Fueled up thr Zippo last night, because some chainsaw work left me with quite a brushpile. If I had a wood chipper heavy enough to handle it, that’s what I’d do with it, since I’m always hauiling in more wood chips. But I don’t. The ashes will end up in the garden though, so it’s not getting wasted.
Don’t laugh. My teenager granddaughters pay extra for holes in their jeans.View attachment 1896698
