Shoveled and hauled 7 yards of topsoil yesterday and today after work. Ready for sleep (and a heating pad). Carried the Oil Field Jack today.

Last day of moving today, my lovely lady found this 86 that had been missing at least since when I went to pack most stuff f them away in their tubes. Looking forward to more porch time once we get settled!

Carried the 86 yesterday and added a Remington for todays pairing. Last night I decided to quit babying the 86 and started some blade patina on grilled chicken & limes. Gonna give more pocket time from here on. Its a damn sturdy knife and deserving of use.

And an Imperial 3 1/8" serpentine jack that I got from my wife (who thinks she probably got it from her Dad when he got a new knife sometime long ago). Finding this knife at my place at the kitchen table rekindled my interest in pocket knives and eventually I ended up at BF.

It was cold today so sadly didnt ride,everyone’s got coats on and sitting inside.
It feels like summer is over.
I had a few coffees and explored the old town.

I had the lady demonstrate the “pocket knife” for screened porch https://www.bladeforums.com/members/screened-porch.312952/ as he had shown an interest previously.
Its fully functional,folds and the lock works well.
The way the signorita was enjoying twirling it around and at one time scowling at me in a fighting stance made me realise,just don’t annoy her.
