Sat in the warm lightly polishing my old Barlow,flushing and oiling,it gets that little bit better each time though it’s not really necessary (I fiddle to much).

I wont polish it any more though the patina is a lot of its charm.

I love the way it opens (easy) and the snap.

While I am doing that its raining outside as I watch Freddie and Monica in Palermo Sicily, where the weather is absolutely perfect for a trip to the beach on the bike.

Jealous? not half 😁

This one, had awhile, but it’s the best put together case I’ve ever seen, including my collabs. Can’t find a flaw in it other than springs aren’t flush at half stop, but bother are aligned almost perfectly at half stop with each other. It’s on par with the best GEC’s, and better than many. *yeah I know some will run me out for that*. Was really surprised when I got it.

Love when that happens … when I was a kid my dad used to say the best stuff is built on a Wednesday … Monday morning folks are dragging, Thursday and Friday they’re looking forward to the weekend … to his way of thinking Wednesday was the sweet spot …

That's a handsome knife. :thumbsup: I love the bone, bolster treatment and shield. I picked up two from that series in 2019 as Christmas gifts for my son-in-laws, a tribal lock and a canoe pattern. Wish now that I had gotten a third for myself.:)

Starting my Sunday off with a copperhead and pen knife in the pockets.

I don't think the QC on yours is an anomaly. The things are really pocket friendly too.
