Those are some spectacular colors.
That's a super cool pocket knife.
Looks like we both are busy doing the " Move the Leaves " thing Gary . Nice little fixed blade for you . It also looks like you need some JD Yellow duct tape .Today was "fun with leaves". My Nessmi rode shotgun.

LOL! I had some JD green duct tape on there for a couple of years. It was a nice contrast, but It finally wore out and all I had was the silver. I'll look for some yellow! I'm glad the machine is lasting longer then the seat cushions!Looks like we both are busy doing the " Move the Leaves " thing Gary . Nice little fixed blade for you . It also looks like you need some JD Yellow duct tape .

My oldest turns 16 today. I’m carrying my ‘06 Soldier and personalized 36 today for the occasion. I’ve always said I knew she loved me because her due date was the day the cardinals won the world series, but she waited until after to come out.
Love the post Jeff. That pumpkin has the perfect shape, and we’ll carved.I tried to use the Bowie on the punkin, but that is not what it’s for. Way too thick.
The Old Hickory boning knife, being slender and razor sharp, was perfect.View attachment 1973824

And to complete my photo bombardment, here’s a cool old car at the farm where we buy our Jack ‘O Lantern pumpkin every year. He has old cars and trucks, and tractors ~ dozens and dozens. A huge machine shed filled with them, and a long row of old tractors outside. He always builds a House of Horror out of hay bales, and since they’re then ruined for feed, he lets me have them for mulching my garden.View attachment 1973823
Have a good ‘un.
Loving the age on that one! Were the covers always that light or is that some mellowing from carry/use?
Jack Skellington Pumpkin... Most Excellent.
One of my favorite Case knives.
Thanks, Todd! How long can you keep the boat in?Thanks Jack.

Perhaps I should try growing peas as a Fall crop. I get a bunch growing in the spring, but it's a very short season until it's too hot for them. The usual morning look-see in the vegetable patch. Here are some of the plants that thrive right up until the ground freezes solid.Peas,![]()
